AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 2-47 (a) "NON CIVIL SERVICE
EMPLOYEES GENERALLY" BY ADDING THE NEW POSITION OF CHIEF OF THE
MAINTENANCE DIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-47(a) "Non Civil Service Employees Generally"
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, be amended to add the
following position:
Position Base Monthly Salary
Chief of
the Maintenance Division $1,179.00
SECTION 2. That all other provisions of Section 2-47(a) "Non Civil
Service Employees Generally" of the Code' of Ordinances of'the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, be reaffirmed and reordaned.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect and retro-
active to March 12, 1979.
