THE CITY. IN- LOT 23; BLOCK -B; . KNOWN A -S- 428 ASHBROOK AVENUE, FOR THE SUM
OF $.700:00-, -AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND -CITY CLERK TO, EXECUTE -A. -
QUITCLAIM.- -DEED;
1 BE IT ORDAINED BY, BOARD OF- COMMISSIONERS OY THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION --1.. That the offer. of Neil H. Harned in the .amount of $700.00
i to purchase the interest of -the -City in the;-. following- described land in, said City. -be
accepted, said land , being described. -as .follows:
Lot 23, Block "B" Sowells Addition, fronting 40 -feet ..
on the east side of Ashbrook Avenue about 240 feet
south-of..Sowell . Street, known . as 428 , Ashbrook
Avenue, and as shown on page 52 of Block Map Book

Being the same property (Mary A. Bolger) conveyed
--to .the. -City of.. Paducah by- Benjamin G. LeRoy,. treasurer
on October 16, 1975, and recorded in Deed Book 575,
Page 678, in the- McCracken County .Court Clerk's office.
SECTION 2.:, -,Upon the ,payor- end of .the .su: m -of ,$700;:00 .(plus ,$6;QU for
recording fee to be paid by the City) to the City Treasurer, the .Mayor-, and., City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to convey to Neil H. Harned , all of
the right, title and interest of the City in the property described in Section 1 here-
of and that said deed of conveyance shall be quitclaim only, shall contain no
warranty as to title and shall be subject to any state of facts as might be shown
by an accurate surve3� .
SECTION 3. .,This ordinance shall be in full -force- and effect-. from and
after its adoption.
