BE IT -ORDAINED BY: THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION'' 1., Th6; City of Paducah, Kentucky, does hereby request of the
United- States Department of"Housing -arid Urban " D ev'elopmen'f, an Annual' Con-
tribution Contract to provide housing assistance payments for twenty (20) units
of Section 8 ExistiA Housing
SECTION 2. "Th6 Mayor-'. of 'the City- of'Paducah," Kentucky, is hereby
authorized to sign 611 necessary application forms ifi at may be required by the
United States Department of. Housing and Urban Development in connection with
the City's application as aforesaid.' The-Mayoris'fiirth& authorized and directed
to file the aforesaid application 'in lh6 immediate future.''
SECTION 3. This ordinance "shall be in"' full force' effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
