ORDINANCE NO. 79-2-1686
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR TO ENTER
INTO A CONTRACT WITH ILLINOIS CENTRAL GULF RAILROAD AND - BOWLING
GREEN BEVERAGE COMPANY, INC. -PERTAINING TO THE CONSTRUCTION AND
MAINTENANCE OF A RAILROAD SIDE TRACK IN THE VICINITY OF PALMER,
MAGGIE AND LOCUST STREETS T
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF--
PADUCAH , KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized and
directed to _enter into an: agreement'. among the -,,-City of Paducah, Illinois Central
Gulf Railroad and Bowling; Green Beverage Company setting _forth the rights and,
obligations of the, aforesaid parties with, respect to the: ownership, operation, use
and maintenance -of a railroad side �track� to -be- constructed and located in -the
vicinity of Palmer, Maggie and -Locust -;Streets .
SECTION 2. That a copy .of the aforesaid agreement shall prior to
execution, be reviewed and approved by the City Engineer of the City -of Paducah,
Kentucky.
SECTION' 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date:; of its -adoption.
