AN ORDINANCE AMENDING .SECTION 2-47 (a)_ "NON -CIVIL., SERVICE
EMPLOYEES GENERALLY".'- BY ADDING. TWO I NEW . POSITIONS AND CHANGING THE
TITLE OF TWO_ POSITIONS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF, THE CITY _ _
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-47(a) "Non -Civil Service Employees
Generally" of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, ,be amended
to add the following two new positions and to change the title of two positions:.

SECTION
SECTION 2. That _the position of Relocation and Social Service Officer
be amended to "Relocation Officer"., and that the title of Housing Analyst and
Planning Assistant be amended to "Planner" , with the present salaries remaining
unchanged.
SECTION 3. That all other provisions of Section 2-747(a) "Non -Civil..
Service Employees Generally" of the Code. of Ordinances of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, be re-enacted and reordained .
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after the date of its adoption.
