BE" IT RESOLVED BY THE .BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS ~OF ~THE-CITY OF
PADUCAH; KENTUCKY::
SECTION '1: ~ That the Mayor 'be , and " he i~s hereby, ~ authorized to
execute the First` Year Funding Agreement of ~.Sma1T Cities' Grant No. B-78-ND-21-0054',
in they=:amount of"$607,000. The .City agrees to comply with the terms an'd con-
ditions , applicable law ; regulations .and all requirements of HUD , now or here-
after in effect, pertaining to assistance provided under Title I of the Housing and
Community Lleveiopment Act of 1977, as amended:
SECTION 2. '.This resolutionshall be in full force and effect from
and after the date, of its :.adoption.
