BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
PADUCAH , .KENTUCKY:
- S-ECTION A— That the City - of Paducah accept- the bid -of . Alun Rhodes
Ford and Honda, in the amount of $21,256.00, less $1,800.00 for trade-in of a
1977 Ford, 4 -door .sedan; serial. No. 7112711165833, making a net amount of
$19,456.00, for sale to the City�pf three (3) 1979 4 -door automobiles and one (1)
1979. Statjon, Wagon,;; for use --by the Paducah Police Department, said bid being
in .substantial --compliance .with the bid specifications and advertisement for -bids
as was authorized by resolution: passed by -the Board of Commissioners, on - -
December 12 , 1978, and as contained in the bid- of ; Allan: Rhodes- Ford and' -Honda, . .
dated December 22, 1978. -
SKCTION.2. That the
City Manager --be,.
and he -is
.hereby; authorized
to execute a contract with Allan
Rhodes Ford and --Honda
for
sale to the -City of
the
automobiles -authorized in
Section 1
above, according to ahe specifications,
bid
proposal and all contract
documents
--heretofore - approved . and incorporated in
the bid.
SECTION 3. , The purchase price for .said :automobiles shall be charged
to Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. 2114.
SECTION. 4.. -.,This ordinance shall -be introduced and remain on, file
for one week for public inspection in the completed form in which it shall be put
upon its . final passage, and if adopted shall be in full force and effect ten (10)
days thereafter.
