AN ORDINANCE" AUTHORIZING 'THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO A
CONTRACT. -WITH MEIDINGER & ASSOCIATES' IN AN AMOUNT NOT TO EXCEED
$4,000.00, FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN PERFORMING AN ACTUARIAL STUDY
FOR , THE POLICE AND FIREMEN'S RETIREMENT' FUND
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS- OV --THE CITY OF .
PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.--That`the City Manager' b'e, and he is hereby, authorized
to enter into ' a contract with Meidinger & Associates, 2440 Grinstead Drive,
Louisville, KY 40204 in regard to an actuarial study concerning the Police and
Firemen's Retirement Fund.
SECTION -2. The amount -to be paid" to Meid ager & Associates for
actuarial services as described above shall not exceed the sum of''$4,000.60 and
shall be -;paid from General_Fund Account- No. 9094.
SECTION .3.1 Ane mergency is" declared to exist and this ordinance
shall therefore be introduced and remain on file for one- week for publicinspection
in the completed form in which it shall be put upon its final passage, and if
adopted shall be in full force and effect immediately thereafter.
