ORDINANCE NO. 83-12-2456
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH ANGELS OF MERCY, INC. FOR
PROVIDING AMBULANCE SERVICE TO THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized and directed to enter into a
contract with Angels of Mercy, Inc., for providing ambulance services to the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, for a sum of $2,083.33 -per month. The City further agrees to
lease to Angels of Mercy the City's ambulance at a rental rate of One Dollar ($1.00)
per month during the term of the contract. A copy of said Contract is attached
hereto and incorporated herein as if set out in full therein.
SECTION '2.-- That Federal Revenue Sharing Account No. 29-565-99 shall be
charged with the aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be
effective upon publication of'title and a certified summary thereof.
