ORDINANCE NO. 83-12-2455
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LEASE WITH THE MARKET
HOUSE THEATRE OF PADUCAH, INC., AND THE CIVIC BEAUTIFICATION BOARD OF THE CITY
OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
„SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to enter into an Lease with
the -Market House Threatre of Paducah, Inc., and the Civic Beautification Board
of the City of Paducah, Kentucky, for lease of a portion of the Market House
building, for a rental'of $16,000.00 per year; said lease is attached hereto and
made a part hereof, as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
be effective upon publication of a certified summary thereof.
