ORDINANCE NO. 83-12-2447
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF C. F. I. SALES & SERVICE,, FOR THE .PUR-
CHASE OF TWO RIDING MOWERS TO BE USED BY THE PARKS DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. ;.That -the City of Paducah accept the bid of C. F. I. .Sales. and
Service, for the -purchase, -of one Yazoo 16 HP, 48" cut, _riding mower,.for the sum of
$2,623.00, and one Yazoo 18.5 cylinder 60", cut riding mower, for the sum of
$3,845.50, making a total. --of $6,468.50, to be used by the Parks Department; said bid
being in substantial: eompLiance with the bid specifications and advertisement for
bids as was authorized by Municipal Order passed by the Board of Commissioners on
October 11, 1983, and as contained in the bid of C. F.' I. Sales and Service, dated
.October 22, 1983.
SECTION.2- That -the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract with
C. F. I. Sales and Service, for the purchase of said riding mowers, according to the
specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved and
incorporated in the bid.—
SECTION 3. --The purchase price for said mowers shall be charged to Account
Number 10-500-610-514..=
SECTION 4.- This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be
effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
