ORDINANCE NO. 83-12-2445
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-53, "CIVIL SERVICE" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 10-53, Refuse Department, be and it is hereby, amended and
said section as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 10-53. Refuse Department.
(a) There is hereby authorized and created the following positions in the Refuse (s
meet, and the salary of each position that shall be paid upon satisfactory completion of cons
service, in this position, and upon recommendation of the City Manager:

SECTION 2. Due to the illness of one operator and the need to keep the landfill o
capacity, an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be. effective upon
reading.
