ORDINANCE NO. 83-11-2443
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH KENTUCKY
MACHINERY, INC., FOR REPAIRS TO THE HD 16B CRAWLER LOADER USED ON THE LANDFILL, AND
DECLARING AN EMERGENCY TO EXIST
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION .1. :That the Mayor, be authorized :to enter into a contract with Kentucky
Machinery,: Inc., for the sum of $9,812.30, for repairs to the HD 16B Crawler Loader used on
the lan�dftll.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 10-500-420-309.
SECTION 3. Due to the need of using this equipment daily, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage at
one reading.
