ORDINANCE NO. 83-11-2441
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT WITH BLUE CROSS - BLUE
SHIELD OF KENTUCKY, INC.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to enter into an agreement with Blue Cross
Blue Shield of Kentucky, Inc.; providing employees of the City of Paducah, Paducah Water Works
and the Paducah Transit Authority, hospital, surgical and major medical insurance.
SECTION 2. The amended rate for each employee, per month, is as follows:
Monthly Rate Blue Cross Blue Shield Major Medical Total
Single $35.66 $15.73 $ 4.53 $ 55.92
Family 97.73 46.24 12.54 156.51
SECTION 3. - The payment for such insurance shall be charged to Account No.
10-500-140-150.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be effective)
upon publication in full.
