ORDINANCE NO. 83-11-2438
AN ORDINAXCE,-AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF $5,003.36 TO UARCO INC., AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY TO EXIST
WHEREAS, UARCO, Inc., worked with Commercial Systems in designing a new tax bill
for the City of Paducah, Kentucky; and
WHEREAS, said tax bills will greatly simplify the mailing of 1983-84 tax
notices.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Treasurer be authorized to pay to UARCO,
Inc., the sum of $5,003.36 for design and purchase of 37,400 1983-84 tax bills for the
City of Paducah, Kentucky.-
SECTION
entucky.SECTION '2.. =-That=Account No. 10-500-120-302 shall be charged with the aforesaid
expenditure.
SECTION 3. In order to expedite payment of this bill, an emergency is hereby
declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage at one
reading.
