At a Joint Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners and McCracken County Fiscal
Court, held in District Courtroom D at the McCracken County Courthouse at 6:00 p.m.,
Monday, July 1, 2002, Mayor Paxton presided, and upon call of the roll by the City
Manager, the following answered to their names: Commissioners Abraham, Coleman,
Montgomery, Smith and Mayor Paxton (5).
MOTION
R & F NOTICES
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Abraham, that the
Notices of Called Meeting for the Board of Commissioners for 6:00 p.m., Monday, July
1, 2002, be received and filed.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Abraham, Coleman, Montgomery,
Smith and Mayor Paxton (5).
The item discussed was the Paducah -McCracken County Parks and Recreation Master
Plan. Mark Thompson, Parks Director, and Brandstetter Carroll, Inc., Consultants for the
Plan gave a presentation.
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
