ORDINANCE NO. 83-10-2437
AN ORDINANCE AMENDINGSECTION 3 -68, -CHAPTER 3, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, OF THE CODE
OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, by Ordinance Number 82-7-2266 the City of Paducah, Kentucky generally
,'5,,.-,3:aevised the Alcoholic Beverage Ordinance of the City of Paducah; and
WHEREAS, the penalty for violating Sections 3-24 through 3-61 was in-
ad=:vertently omitted; and
WHEREAS, it is the intent of the City of Paducah to hereby correct said
omission;
IT IS HEREBY ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1.r That Section 3-68, Penalty for Violation of Article, of the Code of
--Ordinances of the City of Paducah -is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Sec. 3-68.. Penalty for violation of article.
Any person who shall be adjudged guilty of a violation of (th-is aTt4ele
Sections -3-24 through 3-67 of this Chapter shall be guilty of a Class kB} 'A'
misdemeanor"
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be
__ effective upon publication in full.
