AN ORDINANCE.ACCEPTING THE THE BID OF MUNICIPAL EQUIPMENT,. INC.. FOR THE
PURCHASE OF ONE MODEL ,121-C GIANT VA(9T0 BE USED. -BY THE PARKS DEPARTMENT
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Municipal
Equipment, Inc.,,;.,f9r,t;he„purchase of-onp- Mode -1- ;121=C_' Giant Vac, for the Sum.'of°
$2,710.00, to be used.:by the Parks Department; said bid being in -substantial
compliance with the bid specifications and advertisement for bids as.was author_
ized by Municipal Order passed by the Board of"Commissioners on August 23, 1983,
and as contained ;in: -,the :bid of Municipal Equipment;. Inc., dated September 7;
1983.
SEC1TION.:2-.:, That the Mayor.,:be,zauthar _zed�,,to execute a contract with
Municipal Equipment Inc., for the purchaae=-of`sai&-Giant Vac, according -to the
specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore approved and
incorporated -in the bid.
SECTION 13. -The purchase price for said Giant Vac shall be charged:. to
Account Number 10-500-430-514.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
be effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
