AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF DUKE & LONG DISTRIBUTING COMPANY, INC. FOR SALE TO
THE CITY OF PETROLEUM PRODUCTS, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract with Duke & Long Dis-
tributing Company, Inc., for sale to the City of petroleum products.
SECTION 2. Attached hereto are copies of two bid sheets quoting the purchase price for
said petroleum products and a copy of the invitation to bid, which is incorporated herein as if
set out in full.
SECTION 3. The purchase price for said petroleum products shall be charged to the ap-
propriate account numbers in each department using said products.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be effective
upon publication of title and a -certified summary thereof.
