ORDINANCE NO. 83-8-2424
AN ORDINANCE.AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY TREASURER TO PAY JIMAR PAVING
COMPANY, INC., FOR MILLING CERTAIN CITY STREETS, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENY TO EXIST
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Treasurer be authorized to pay Jimar
Paving Company, Inc., the sum of $7,987.00, for milling certain city streets during
the month of July, 1983.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No. 10-500-
340-354.
SECTION 3. Since Jimar Paving Company had the City's paving contract and
this work needed to be done before certain streets were to be repaved, an emergency
is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon
its passage at one reading.
