ORDINANCE NO. 83-7-2411
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-52 "CIVIL SERVICE" OF THE CODE OF ORDI-
NANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 3. That Section 10-52 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained so that said section as amended and
reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 10-52. Street Department - Generally.
(a) There is hereby authorized and created the following positions in the
Street Department, and the salaries of each position that shall be paid upon satis-
factory completion of consecutive years of service, in this position, and upon recom-
mendation of the City Manager:
Laborers 1 6.21 6.52
1 year 6.26 6.57
2 " 6.31 6.62
SECTION 2. In order to implement the change in the number of formen positions,
an emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be retroactive to May
31, 1983.
