ORDINANCE NO. 83-6-2390
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB -SECTION (a) OF SECTION 2-47, "NONCIVIL SERVICE
RALLY" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sub -section (a) of Section 2-47 "Noncivil Service Employees
rally", of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky; be amended and
dained so that same as amended and reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
"Section 2-47. Noncivil service employees generally.
(a) The monthly or hourly rate of compensation of the following noncivil
ice employees of the City of Paducah shall be the amount set opposite the de-
ation of such employment, upon satisfactory completion of consecutive years of
ice in this position, and upon recommendation of the City Manager:

SECTION 2. In order
for the Clerk -typist in the
Human Rights Department
to return to
work, an emergency is declared
to exist, second reading of
this ordinance is hereby
waived, and
this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect on July 1,
1983.
