ORDINANCE NO. 83-6-2389
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB -SECTION (a) of SECTION 7-6, BUILD-
ING, ENERGY CONSERVATION AND MECHANICAL CODE ADOPTED; APPLICATION, OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sub -section (a) of Section 7-6, be amended
and reordained so that said sub -section shall hereafter read as follows:
"(a) The 1980 1983 Edition of the Kentucky Building Code,
f4ree second edition, the BOCA Basic
Mechanical Code, 19-78 1981 Edition; and BOCA Basic Energy Conservation
Code, 1978 Edition, are hereby adopted by reference and made part of
this Code as if fully set out herein".
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days
and will be effective upon publication in full.
