ORDINANCE NO. 83-5-2386
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 2-30.1 OF ARTICLE II, OFFICERS AND EMPLOYEES GENERALLY
OF SECTION 2, ADMINISTRATION, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Section 2-30.1, Rules for Compulsory Re- tirement of Members of Police
and Fire Departments, (at age sixty ) of Article II, Officers and Employees Generally of Section
2, Administration, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah, Kentucky be repealed in its
entirety.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be effective
upon publication in full.
