ORDINANCE NO. 83-5-2381
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SUB -SECTION (a) OF SECTION 12-19, "NUMBER, RANK AND SALARIES 1
MEMBERS" OF ARTICLE II "FIRE DEPARTMENT" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That Sub -section (a) of Section 12-19, "Number, rank and salaries of
members", of Article II "Fire Department" of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah,
Kentucky, be amended and reordained so that same as amended and reordained shall hereafter
as follows:
"Sec. 12-19. Number, rank and salaries of members.
(a) The number and rank of members of the Fire Department of the City and the sala
of each position that shall be paid upon satisfactory completion of consecutive years of sery
in the Fire Department:

to the necessity
of reducing the budget, an emergency is declar,
exist and this ordinance
shall be in full
force and effect immediately.
