ORDINANCE NO. 82-12-2342
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LEASE WITH CHRISTIAN
ASSEMBLY CHURCH
WHEREAS, a carport is located on city right -or -way at 19th and
Broadway, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Commissioners to allow such
encroachment to remain if certain terms and conditions are agreed upon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to execute an Lease with
Christian Assembly Church, 1837 Broadway, said agreement is attached hereto and
made a part hereof, as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and
will be effective upon publication in full.
