AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE AN AMENDED
CONTRACT WITH BLUE CROSS AND BLUE SHIELD OF KENTUCKY, INC.,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to enter into an
amended Contract with Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kentucky, Inc.;
said contract is attached hereto and made a part hereof, as if fully
set out herein.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate
days and will be effective upon publication of a certified summary
thereof.
