ORDINANCE NO. 82-12-2335
AN ORDINANCE CREATING A NEW SECTION 17-90.5 KIOSKS OF CHAPTER 17,
LICENSES, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS"OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH:
SECTION 1. That a new section, 17-90.5 Kiosks, of Chapter 17,
Licenses, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah is hereby created
to read as follows: Any person engaging in the business of operating a Kiosks
within the City of Paducah, shall gay a'ficense tax n'the amount of $35.00,
for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days.
SECTION 2. A Kiosks is defined as a selling area, completely within
a covered mall with no solid walls over three (3) feet in height and not over
300 square feet, and which will be occupied by a single person for not over
ninety (90) days.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and
will be effective upon publication in full.
