ORDINANCE NO. 82-11-2334
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF JERRY WYATT CONSTRUCTION TO SUPPLY THE
CITY'S REQUIREMENT OF GRAVEL. THROUGH .JULY., 1983
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of. Paducah accept the .bid of Jerry Wyatt Con-
struction, to.supp.ly the City -'s,. -requirement of gravel at pit site, through July,
1983, for the sum of $0..55 per cubic yard; said bid being in substantial compliance
with the bid specifications and advertisement for bids as was authorized by Order
passed by the Board of Commissioners on September 28, 1982 and as contained in the
bid of Jerry Wyatt Construction, dated October -20, 1982..
.SECTION 2. That the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract with Jerry
Wyatt Construction for purchase of the gravel authorized in Section 1 above, accord-
ing to the specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents heretofore ap-
proved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. The purchase price for said gravel shall be charged to General
Fund Account Nos. 001-006-57, Contract Repair Construction; 001-015-69, Flood Con-
struction; 001-018-15, Rental Equipment; 001-020-55, Sanitary Sewers; 001-020-56,
Storm Sewers; 001-023-25, Expansion & Development; 00-00-01, Street Paving & Con-
struction; Sewer Depareciation and Extension Account; Federal Revenue Sharing Account
Nos. 002-005-501-94_, Contingency Fund; .QQ2_-01,5-69, Flood Construction; and
002-017-54, Street Repair & Construction.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be
effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
