ORDINANCE NO. 82-11-2333
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF ALLAN RHODES FORD AND HONDA, IN THE
AMOUNT OF $7,077.00, FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF A 1983 RANGER PICKUP TRUCK FOR USE BY
THE SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT DEPARTMENT, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CON-
TRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Allan Rhodes Ford
and Honda, in the amount of $7,077.00 for sale to the City of a 1983 Ranger Pickup
Truck, for use by the Sewage Treatment Plant Department, said bid being in sub-
stantial compliance with the bid specifications and advertisement for bids as was
authorized by Municipal Order passed by the Board of Commissioners on October 12,
1982, and "con"taiec' iri the bid of Allan 'Rhod'es Ford F Honda, dated October 25,
1982. - '
SECTION 2: That the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract with Arlan
Rhodes Ford $ Honda, for sale to the City of the pickup truck authorized in Section 1
above, according to the specifications, bid proposal and all contract documents
heretofore approved and incorporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. The purchase price for said pickup truck shall be charged to
Account Number 10-500-150-494.,'Contingency.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days -and will be
effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
