ORDINANCE NO. 82-11-2329
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR -TO EXECUTE A LEASE WITH
WHAYNE SUPPLY COMPANY
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY-:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to" -enter into an -7
Lease withWhayne. Supply -Company., for lease -of a -955- Caterpillar
-Loader- for two (2), weeks, for- a, -total -sum. of $3-;600.00, said lease
is attached -hereto' -and made a part -hereof, as --if fully set -out--
herein.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be -read on two -separate
days and will be effective upon publication of a certified summary
thereof
