AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LEASE WITH
KEETON.-FOULKE ASSOCIATES, INC..,.;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH,
KENTUCKY:
SECTION.1. Thatthe-Mayor..be authorized to enter into an
Agreement with .Ke.eton-Foulke. Associates,-Inc., for lease of 4,.412
square feet of space located in the basement .of Paducah City Hall,
more commonly.referred.to as the Paducah,_City Jail_; said lease is
attached her.eto.and..made apart hereof, as if fully set out ,herein-.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be-read on two separate
days and will be effective upon publication of a certified summary
thereof.
