ORDINANCE NO. 82-10-2316
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A REQUEST FOR PROGRAM AMENDMENT FOR THE
PADUCAH DRY CDBG PROJECT
WHEREAS, by ordinance dated September 14, 1982, the City of
Paducah approved entering into a grant agreement with the Kentucky Depart-
ment of Economic Development, for funds to be used for the Paducah Dry CDBG
Project, and
WHEREAS, certain approved activities in said grant agreement are
not in compliance with applicable regulations, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City of Paducah to amend said
grant agreement so that approved activities are in compliance with the
applicable regulations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into a
request for Program Amendment which -is attached hereto and made a. part
hereof as if set.out,in full. .
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall -be read on -two .separate days: and
will be effective upon publication in full.
