ORDINANCE NO. 82-10-2309
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID .OF ALLAN RHODES FORD & HONDA, IN THE AMOUNT
OF $7,606.00, FOR SALE TO THE CITY OF ONE NEW F-100 PICKUP TRUCK, FOR USE BY THE
ANIMAL WARDEN, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah accept the bid of Allan Rhodes Ford &
Honda, in the amount of $7,606.00 for one new F-100 pickup truck, for use by the
Animal Warden, said bid being in substantial compliance with the bid specifications
and advertisement for bids as was authorized by Municipal Order passed by the Board
of Commissioners on August 24, 1982, and as contained in the bid of Allan Rhodes Ford
& Honda, dated September 16, 1982.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be authorized to execute a contract with Allan
Rhodes Ford $ Honda, for sale to the City of the new F-100 pickup truck authorized in
Section l above,.accdrding to --the specifications, bid: -proposal and all contract
documents heretofore approved and.incdrporated in the bid.
SECTION 3. The purchase price for said pickup truck shall be charged to
Account Number 10-500-230-514.
SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be
effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
