ORDINANCE NO. 82-10-2306
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE.MAYOR.TO EXECUTE A LEASE WITH MERRILL &
LYNCH,,,INC.,,, FOR ENCROACHMENTS UPON CITY PROPERTY
WHEREAS, a wooden fence_ is located on city right .of .way at -Valley
Road, and
WHEREAS, a. brick patio is located on city right of way at Buckner
Lane, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board.of.Commissioners to allow.such
encroachments to remain if certain terms and conditions are agreed upon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT,ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to enter into an Agreement
with Merrill &.Lynch, Inc., for encroachments upon city _property, at the
intersection of Buckner .Lane and -Valley Road; said agreement is attached hereto
and made a part hereof, as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on,two separate days and
will be effective upon publication of a certified summary thereof.
