ORDINANCE NO. 82-9-2302
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 10-65, CIVIL SERVICE, OF THE CODE OF ORDI-
NANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
WHEREAS, there has been a substantial reduction in the level of grant funds
for the Community Development Department, and
WHEREAS, there has been a decrease in the amount of work performed in the
Community Development Department due to the reduction of grant funds, and
WHEREAS, the level of grants is scheduled to be further reduced on -Sept-
ember 30, 1982, and
WHEREAS, the Board finds it necessary to reduce personnel in the Community
Development Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. -That Section 10-65, Community Development, be, and it is
hereby, amended and reordained so that said section as amended and reordained shall
hereafter read as follows: _-
