HomeMy WebLinkAbout82-9-2299425 ORDINANCE NO. 82-9-2299 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3-12 OF CHAPTER 3, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY: SECTION 1. That Section 3-12 of Chapter 3, Alcoholic Beverages, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Paducah be, and it is hereby, amended and reordained so that said Chapter shall hereafter read as fol- lows: Sec. 3-12. No one under 18 permitted on premises. Cl) No person holding any license for on -premises consumption of distilled spirits, wine, malt beverages or beer, shall permit any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years, on the licensed premises except a erson who is working on the premises either as an employee or an in- dependent contractor. (2) This prohibition shall not apply to any licensed premises which receives fifty percent (50a) or more of its gross annual income from sale of food and has a minimum seating capacity of fifty (50) people at tables. (3) Violation of this section shall subject the licensee, the manager of the licensed premises, and the person under twenty-one (21) years of age to the penalties provided in this chapter. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be effective upon publication in full. John K.
