ORDINANCE NO. 82-9-2292
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A AGREEMENT FOR
ENGINEERING -SERVICES -WITH -FLORENCE & HUTCHESON, INC.
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has resigned from his position with the
City of Paducah, and-
WHEREAS,
nd WHEREAS, the City does not need a full-time professional -engineer at
this time, and
WHEREAS, Florence & Hutcheson have extensive expertise in the type of
engineering services required --by the City of Paducah;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1-. That the Mayor be authorized to enter into an' -Agreement
with Florence & Hutcheson, Inc., for engineering services for the City'of'
Paducah, said agreement is -attached hereto and made a: -part hereof,.as if fully
set out herein.
SECTION --2. This :ordinance shall -be read on two separate days and
will be effective -upon -publication of a certified summary thereof..
