A Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners was held at the River Heritage
Museum in the Founder's Room at 8:00 a.m., Monday, November 25, 2002. Those
present were Mayor Paxton, Commissioners Coleman and Smith (2) and newly elected
Commissioner Guess (1).. Commissioner Montgomery was present by teleconference
(1).
All department heads were present.
This meeting was held for a Commission Advance Session with Howard Pulley as
ufacilitator. A copy of the agenda is contained in the Minute file.
The meeting adjourned approximately at 4:30 p.m.
Called Meeting Notices will be received and filed at the December 17, 2002, commission
meeting.
