AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE NO. 82-2-2210 EN-
TITLED, "AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE BID OF TRI-STATE PROPANE, INC., FOR SALE
TO THE CITY OF PROPANE AND CONVERSION KITS, FOR USE BY VARIOUS DEPARTMENTS;
LEASING TO THE CITY OF A LIQUID TRANSFER SYSTEM, AND AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT FOR SUCH PURCHASE"
BE IT- ORDAINED BY.THE CITY OF PADUCAH. KENTUCKY:
SECTION -.1.. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 82-2-1110, be amended
and reordained so that said section :shall h-ereafter read as -follows:
"SECTION 3.. The purchase price for said propane and conversion
kits shall be charged to the Auto Repair.Accounts of the Street, Refuse
Inspection; Maintenance, Police, Park, -Vehicle Maintenance Departments, and
FRS Contingency Fund -Account No: .20-5.00=150-494 or General Fund Account No.
10-500-15.0-494;" and the propane shall be charged -to fuel accounts,of said
Departments.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and
will be effective upon publication of title-and.a certified. summary thereof.
