ORDINANCE NO. 82-7-2278
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LICENSE WITH ILLINOIS
CENTRAL GULF RAILROAD COMPANY FOR UNDERGROUND PIPELINE, CABLES AND CONDUITS ON
ESTELLE STREET,,.FOR CONSTRUCTION OR, THE EIGHTH STREET SEWER EXTENSION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the City of Paducah execute License No. P 6279 with
Illinois Central Gulf Railroad Company for underground pipeline,.cables and
conduits across, along and underneath the property of the Railroad located at
Mile Post JP 227 plus 4433 feet on Estelle Street, for construction of the
Eighth Street Sewer Extensions said License being in substantial compliance
with the License Agreement submitted by Illinois Central Gulf Railroad Company,
dated June 14, 1982.
SECTION 2. That the Mayor be authorized to execute said License No.
P 6279 with Illinois Central Gulf Railroad Company, according to the License
for Underground Pipelines, Cables and Conduits attached hereto and made a part
hereof, as if fully set out herein.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and
will be effective upon publication or a certified' summary thereof.
