ORDINANCE NO. 83-4-2375
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PAYMENT OF $4,163.61 TO
THE McCRACKEN COUNTY TREASURER
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That,the,Mayor-and City Treasurer be, and
they are hereby, authorized to pay to the McCracken County
Treasurer, the sum of,$4;163.-61, as the City's share of the
Indeprendent'School Board Election, held on November -2;' 1982.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged`to
Account No.°10-500-150=494.
SECTION 3.�'This ordinance'shall be read on two
separate days and will be effective upon publication in full.
