ORDINANCE NO. 83-4-2373
AN ORDINANCE CREATING SECTION 22-54.5, TO THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF
THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY, PARKS AND RECREATION, LADIES CONSULTANT
IT IS HEREBY CREATED THE POSITION OF LADIES CONSULTANT TO THE
PADUCAH GOLF COMMISSION.
SECTION 1. That Section 22-54.5 to the Code of Ordinances of the
City of Paducah, Kentucky, is hereby created, said section to read as
follows:
"A ladies consultant to the Paducah Golf Commission shall be
appointed by the Mayor with the approval of the Board of Commissioners, for a
term of four years, and appointments thereafter shall be for a period of four
years. The ladies consultant shall have the same qualifications as members
of the Paducah'Golf Commissions, as provided for in KRS 97.120".
SECTION 2. In order to expedite the appointment herein created, an
emergency is declared to exist and this ordinance shall be effective upon
approval at one meeting according to law.
