ORDINANCE N0. 83-4-2372
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY TREASURER TO PAY
MIDCO KENTUCKY COMPANY UP TO $3,500:00, FOR EMERGENCY REPAIRS TO THE TEREX
SCRAPER USED ON THE LANDFILL
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Treasurer be authorized td"pay
Midco Kentucky Company up to $3,500.00; for emergency repairs to the Terex
scraper used on the landfill.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account, No. 10-500-
420-322.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will
be effective upon publication of title and a certified copy thereof.
