ORDINANCE NO. 83-3-2369
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 10-53, AND 10-54, "CIVIL SERVICE" OF THE
CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1, That Section 10-53 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, be amended and reordained so that said section as amended and
reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 10-53. Refuse Department.
(a) There is hereby authorized and created the following positions in the
Refuse (sanitation) department, and the salary of each position that shall be paid
upon satisfactory completion of consecutive years of service, in this position, and
upon recommendation of the City Manager:

SECTION 2.
That Section 10-54 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Paducah, Kentucky, be
amended and reordained
so that said section as amended and
reordained shall hereafter read as follows:
"Sec. 10-54. Cemetery Department.
(a) There
is hereby authorized and created the following
positions in the
Cemetery Department,
and the salary of each
position that shall be paid upon

satisfactory completion of consecutive years of service, in this position, and upon
recommendation of the City Manager:
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be read on two separate days and will be
effective upon publication of title and a certified summary thereof.
