ORDINANCE NO. 83-3-2368
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A MODEL 5218 A01, 40 CPS
IBM PRINTER AND RELATED EQUIPMENT
SECTION 1. That the Mayor be authorized to enter into a contract
with IBM Corporation,.for the purchase of one Model 521.8 A01, 40 CPS Printer,
one 2030 9.9 Cable for Printer, one 1200 Auto Paper Handling Preq. and one
7860 Sheet Feeder, for the sum of $5,895.00.
SECTION 2.. The purchase shall be made pursuant to IBM's state and
local government installment and payment plan, in sixty (60) installments of
One Hundred Twenty-five Dollars and 25/100 ($125.25) each.
SECTION 3. Account No. 10-500-110-503 shall be charged with the
aforesaid expenditure.
SECTION 4. In order -to expedite the purchase of said equipment, an
emergency is hereby declared to exist and this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect upon its passage at one reading.
