ORDINANCE NO. 83-3-2363
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A LEASE WITH THE LAMAR
CORPORATION, FOR A PORTION OF THE STREET RIGHT OF WAY ON WAYNE SULLIVAN DRIVE
WHEREAS, The Lamar Corporation would like to install a single face
poster panel advertising sign on Wayne Sullivan Drive at the end of Fourth
Street, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of Commissioners to grant such
lease, for a period of -ten years, at an annual rental of $200.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:
SECTION 1.- That the Mayor be authorized to execute a Lease with The
Lamar -Corporation for a period of ten years, at an annual rental of $200.00;
said -agreement is attached hereto and made a part hereof, as if fully set'out
herein.
SECTION=. 2: -- This 'ordinance shall be read on two separate days and
will be -effective upon publication of tit=le and a certified copy thereof.
