At a Called Meeting of the Board of Commissioners, held in the Founders Room at the
River Heritage Museum at 8:00 a.m., Saturday, April 6, 2002, Mayor Paxton presided,
and upon call of the roll by the City Manager, the following answered to their names:
Commissioners Abraham, Coleman, Montgomery, Smith and Mayor Paxton (5).
MOTION
R & F NOTICES
Commissioner Coleman offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Montgomery, that
the Notices of Called Meeting for the Board of Commissioners for 8:00 a.m., Saturday,
April 6, 2002, be received and filed.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Abraham, Coleman, Montgomery,
Smith and Mayor Paxton (5).
This meeting was held for the Paducah City Commission Advance. (Agenda is in Minute
file.)
MUNICIPAL ORDER
PERSONNEL CHANGES
Commissioner Montgomery offered motion, seconded by Commissioner Smith, that upon
the recommendation of the City Manager, the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Paducah order that the personnel changes on the attached list be approved.

Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Montgomery, Smith and Mayor Paxton
(3). Abstain, Commissioner Abraham and Commissioner Coleman (2).
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
