At a Called Meeting of a three-member Committee of the Board of Commissioners, held
in the Mayor's Office at City Hall at 3:30 p.m., Friday, April 19, 2002, Mayor Paxton
presided, and upon call of the roll by the Assistant City Clerk, the following answered to
their names: Commissioners Abraham, Montgomery and Mayor Paxton (3).
Commissioners Coleman and Smith were absent (2). (Coleman and Smith were not
requested to be here due to the Committee being only a three-member Committee of the
Board).
MOTION
R & F NOTICES
Commissioner Montgomery offered motion, seconded by Mayor Paxton, that the Notices
of Called Meeting for the Board of Commissioners for 3:30 p.m., Friday, April 19, 2002,
be received and filed.
Adopted on call of the roll, yeas, Commissioners Abraham, Montgomery, and Mayor
Paxton (3).
This meeting was held to discuss the Emergency Medical Services consulting proposals
recommended by Fire EMS Task Force and selection of a consultant(s).
Upon motion the meeting adjourned.
