ORDINANCE NO. 82-6-2262
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY TREASURER TO PAY
ADIRONDACK FURNITURE, THE SUM OF $3,334.25, FOR TABLES AND CHAIRS TO BE USED
BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY OF PADUCAH, KENTUCKY:

SECTION 1. That the Mayor and City Treasurer be authorized to pay
Adirondack Furniture, the sum of $3,334.25, for 20 tables, 200 chairs and
one chair caddy, to be used by the City of Paducah.
SECTION 2. This expenditure shall be charged to Account No.
10-500-160-312.
SECTION 3. Since this payment was due on or before June 17,
emergency is -hereby declared toexistand this ordinance shall be in full
force and effect upon its passage at one reading.
